A know-how ethics

We manufacture our beautiful products in a family factory in Portugal, near Porto (so they don’t circle the planet three times before arriving in your drawer). Above all, we make sure to work with a factory that has convictions: the workers are well paid, have supervised hours, and have access to solid social protection.

Our margin is approximately x1.8 - which is much less than traditional lingerie, which has a minimum coefficient of x5. With this margin, we pay the teams and above all, we can invest in We Are Jolies to make it an ever more beautiful brand, in every sense of the word.

All our prices are explained here.

We say “ no » to touch-ups

Our models are real people that we do not retouch. We do not wish to participate in the solidification of certain beauty standards unattainable, which make us feel bad about ourselves. Because yes, we have a hard time stopping ourselves from comparing ourselves, even when we know that it's completely " fake ».

Beauty is not measured in edited pixels, but in self-confidence, self-love, and self-acceptance.

At We Are Pretty, we believe in the importance of loving ourselves as we are, at every stage of our lives. 🙏

On the one hand, we therefore refuse to retouch our photos; on the other hand, we also make sure to show you a real diversity of body.

This is our way of proving to you that beauty takes many forms, and we hope this can help you (even if just a little) embrace yours. 👑

You are beautiful, exactly as you are. That's true beauty.

Here it is FINALLY : the short skirt that was missing from our wardrobes.

Straight, clean, without fuss: it fits perfectly and goes with everything. Yes yes, EVERYTHING.

His secret? A very soft cotton knit, which breathes and remains comfortable even as the day drags on. It’s the kind of feminine and timeless piece that crosses the seasons without ever losing style.

And if you like coordinated looks, his matching sweatshirt waiting for you for the full combo!

And this pretty print with large red flowers and small white polka dots on a black background? This skirt is part of our Terracotta collection, imagined to warm up the winter. Inspired by Morocco, its light and vibrant colors, it combines the blue of the Majorelle gardens, terracotta shades and vibrant flowers on deep backgrounds. Comfortable pieces full of character, designed to add color to gray days and make you feel good, beautiful and fully yourself.

3 good reasons to wear pajamas or nighties to sleep 💤

First, wearing pajamas or a nightie can help regulate your body temperature during sleep ! Made from organic cotton, our pretty pajamas will absorb moisture and help keep your body warm or cool depending on the season. 🥵🥶

Additionally, wearing pajamas can help maintain good personal hygiene protecting your skin and sheets from sweat and body oils. It can also help reduce the risk of skin infections and acne. 💪

Finally, simply putting on pajamas can help signal your body that it's time to sleep creating a routine that promotes sleep. You encourage your body to relax... and prepare for a (nice) night's rest. 😴

💡 Did you know? The skin is the largest organ in the human body

Why choose ORGANIC cotton? 🌱

Conventional cotton cultivation is the second largest industry who pollutes our planet the most, after the oil industry. It represents 2.5% of the world's agricultural area, but uses 25% of pesticides and 10% of herbicides (source WHO).

These are very aggressive chemicals, which destroy the environment and leave a significant footprint on the biodiversity on the one hand, but also on our health from another.

Some weedkillers used sometimes even contain glyphosate, an ingredient classified as "probably carcinogenic for humans" by the International Agency for Research on Cancer (ICRD). Other reports (such as Dirty Laundry 2 published by Greenpeace) also demonstrated the presence of nonylphenol ethoxylates in certain clothing, endocrine disruptors frequently used in the production of natural and synthetic textiles...

By wearing clothes whose origins we have absolutely no knowledge of, we unfortunately expose ourselves to the risk that our largest organ absorbs these toxic substances.

Choosing organic cotton means:
Protect your skin and health❤️
- Support a culture that ensures farmers avoid these same chemical-related health risks🙌
- Encouraging a culture that promotes rotation to keep soils healthier, more fertile, and wetter🌍
