Ethics

At WE ARE JOLIES, 95% of our collections are in 100% organic cotton and labeled OEKO-TEX Standard 100 (see certificate number on our product sheets).

For the rest of our collections, we use European fabrics: tulle, lace and microfiber. They are all certified without toxic product residues and OEKO-TEX Standard 100 (you can find out more in the “Our certifications” section just below)

OEKO-TEX Standard 100 fabrics are not necessarily organic, but this label ensures the total absence of pesticide residues and other toxic substances. Practical, because WHO would like to have a harmful substance so close to their privacy? Person. Here again, the entire chain is verified, to guarantee an impeccable product from both an environmental and social point of view.

Do you want to know where your panties, bra or pajamas come from?

WE ARE JOLIES underwear is made near Porto (good news: they don’t travel around the planet three times before arriving in your drawer).

Above all, we make sure to work with a factory that has its beliefs: The workers are well paid, have supervised hours and access to solid social protection.

To create a WE ARE JOLIES account, nothing could be simpler:
- Click on the space “Account” represented by an icon, at the top right of the home page on your computer, or on the drop-down menu on the left on mobile. 
- Enter your email address on the login page.
- Fill in the requested information and validate.

To log in to your account, click on the space “Account” at the top right of the home page on your computer, or on the drop-down menu on the left on mobile. 

Enter your email address and password then validate.

To change your password and personal information, go to your “Account”. 

If you have forgotten your password, click on the space “Account” at the top right of the home page on your computer, or on the drop-down menu on the left on mobile. 

Then click on “forgotten password?”

You will then receive an email allowing you to reset it.

My order

Unfortunately, once the order has been validated, it is no longer possible for us to modify it. 

Indeed, once your order has been validated, it is sent directly to our logistics system in order to be processed as quickly as possible.

Due to order flow, we cannot intercept orders placed regardless of the cause.

You can use your right of withdrawal up to 14 days after receipt of your order.

Codes (credit, loyalty voucher or promotional code) must be entered before payment.
No code can be added or deducted after validation of the order.

Delivery

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) within 48 hours of receipt of payment for the order. The delivery times below do not take into account the preparation time.

In mainland France:

Colissimo and Tracked Letter : Delivery within 2 to 4 working days

Colissimo collection point : Delivery within 3 to 5 working days

Chronopost : Express delivery in 1-2 working days

If you have a tracking number, your order has been shipped and is in the hands of the carrier.

The tracking link will be sent to you in the shipping confirmation email.

If you wish to track your package, click on the tracking link sent in the shipping confirmation email. Tracking is also available from your customer account.

To view your order history, we invite you to connect to your “Account” . Then go to the “Order History” category. 

We deliver to France, including the French Overseas Territories, as well as to all countries of the European Union, Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland.

Return and refund

1. You received your order less than 14 days ago
2. Go to our return portal: enter your 6-digit order number (without the #) as well as your email.
3. Once your return is received, you will receive your refund on the payment method used when ordering, within 14 days. Return costs will be deducted from your refund, whether it is a first order or not.

Example: I bought 5 panties at €12 each (total = €60). I return 3: I am reimbursed based on the offer of 2 panties (5 purchased - 3 returned = 2 kept), i.e. €18 per unit, €36 in total. Your refund will be €24 (60 – 36 = €24).
This reimbursement calculation is available for bras, bodysuits, menstrual panties, etc.

NB:

  • Each returned item must be new, labeled and unworn.
  • For pajamas, the thread connecting the top and bottom should not be cut.
  • If you obtained a reduction or an offered product and you wish to make a return, you must also attach the product obtained through the offer.
  • If you wish to make a return and you live outside mainland France or Belgium, the return is your responsibility.
  • The products offered cannot be refunded or given a credit. They cannot be exchanged either, except for another size of the same product offered, while stocks last.

Unfortunately we cannot take back products without labels. Please understand that these products cannot be put back into the sales circuit even if you have not worn the item.

If you choose a credit, returns are free, because you have the right to be wrong or to change your mind!

For refunds, return costs are automatically payable and will be deducted from this. €4.99 will be deducted from your refund, even if it is your first order.
This amount corresponds to 30% of the total amount that a return costs us (postal costs, reception, sorting, verification and restocking of products by our logistics teams, management and monitoring by our customer service teams).

If you wish to make a return and you live outside mainland France or Belgium, the return is your responsibility. Please send an email to hello@wearejolies.com to find out the terms and conditions.
Exchanges are unfortunately not possible if you live outside France or Belgium.

Please tell us your order number as well as attach a photo of the item in question.

If you get a discount or a free product and want to make a return, you must also attach the product obtained through the offer.

Have you purchased a lot/pack and one of the products does not suit you? You must then return the entire lot to us so that we can compensate you.

If you have benefited from a percentage promotional code, remember that this is deducted from each item. 

If you have obtained a decreasing price for the purchase of several products but you return only part of the items, the decreasing price is canceled. 

In addition, 4.99 euros are deducted as return handling fees.

Menstrual Panties

If you are starting the experience of WE ARE JOLIES menstrual panties, to avoid any "accident", we advise you to first use them in addition to other protection or on a day when you are quietly at home in order to quantify their absorption.

Before first use and for maintenance, follow our washing advice carefully. 

Turn your menstrual panties inside out and rinse them with clean water.
Wash by hand or machine at 30°C max
Air dry
Avoid fabric softeners, essential oils and fatty soaps such as “Marseille” - No iron, radiator or tumble dryer. 

Menstrual panties can absorb menstrual flow, vaginal discharge and urinary leakage, the equivalent of 2 to 4 tampons depending on the flow chosen and your cycle.

Average flow = 2-3 pads

Heavy flow = 3 to 4 tampons

Night flow = 4 buffers

We are all different and so is our flow. This can depend on the moments of our lives or the days of our cycle. It is therefore important to familiarize yourself with your body to know which absorption will best suit your needs.

To avoid washing your panties every day, we advise you to start with 4 menstrual panties. This will allow you to assess your needs during your cycle and adapt as best as possible for the next one.

Then, freedom is yours!

Like any technical product, the maintenance of menstrual panties is essential to ensure their effectiveness and is often the cause of a malfunction.
We remind you that it is not recommended to use fatty soap (such as Marseille soap), essential oils, fabric softener or a tumble dryer because this damages the absorbent layer and therefore reduces the absorption of the panties, which greatly increases the risk of leaking.

Case #1 : If you have not followed the care instructions, your panties have lost their absorbency, we therefore advise you to use them when your flow is less abundant or in addition to other protection.

Case #2 : If you have followed the care instructions carefully but you encounter a problem the first time you use it, don't panic, it happens because we are all different.
We advise you to try them again at home, during your next two cycles, to find out if they are sufficient as protection in their own right and to adapt according to these new tests.
