Loyalty program

You accumulate points with every purchase on our site when you are logged into your account to place an order. For every euro spent, you earn 1 point.

You can also earn points by completing missions, such as following us on Instagram!

Find the missions in the "How to earn points" section of your dashboard.

You can then exchange your accumulated points for exclusive vouchers or even gifts! 🤩

It's simple: just create your free account on this page ! You'll automatically receive all our latest news, exclusive new products, and promotions.

If you already have an account with us, good news: you're already part of the program! 🥰

The loyalty page you are currently on is your reference for all your points and benefits. You can access all your information by visiting it.

Contact us via our form and our team will be happy to help you merge your accounts!

Loyalty points

Your points are valid for 12 months on your loyalty history; after this period, they expire. Your purchases are credited to your loyalty program within 30 days of the purchase date.

Don't worry if you don't see your expense immediately: it will be properly integrated into your loyalty history within that timeframe.

For your information, higher grades in the program earn more points:

When you advance to the “Fabulous” rank, you earn 1.25 times more points, and when you advance to the “Bombastic” rank, you earn 1.5 times more points.

No, there's no limit! You'll always have the opportunity to earn more points by ordering from us. 🥳

Make sure you are logged into your customer account and check that you have not accidentally placed an order with another email address.

You must be logged in when placing your order to earn points. If you were logged in by mistake, please contact us using our form so we can apply your points to your account. You will also not receive points if you return your purchase or if your purchase is canceled for any reason.

Please note that points earned for a purchase that you subsequently return will be deducted from your points balance.

If you feel you have earned points but they do not appear on your account, try logging out and then logging back in to start.

Check your rewards history within missions/rewards to see if points were added without your knowledge. Your rewards history will show you the number of points earned, how, and when they were earned.

Loyalty points take 30 days to arrive after your order.

If you still feel that your points balance is inaccurate, you can contact our team at hello@wearejolies.com and we will look into the issue for you.

Absolutely. If you return your entire order, we'll refund the full amount spent after the discount has been applied. The points you used to obtain the discount will also be added to your rewards account.
Rewards cannot be combined with other offers available on the site.

Codes (credit, loyalty voucher or promotional code) must be entered before payment.
No code can be added or deducted after the order has been validated.

When you unlock a loyalty reward, you have 30 days to use it .
Once this period has passed, the reward expires automatically and unfortunately can no longer be used.

Missions

In addition to earning points through your purchases, you can complete certain missions, such as adding your birthday or following us on Instagram and TikTok, for example!

We'll be adding more missions in the future, so feel free to check back on this page regularly to complete them and earn even more points. We'll also send you an email to let you know if you're subscribed to our newsletter! 😇

To earn 10 points for each social network, simply click the dedicated buttons on the loyalty program page. Your points will be automatically added to your account, even if you're already part of the community! 🥺

VIP Grades

Your grade is determined by the total amount spent over the last 12 months:

The "Pretty" grade is the standard grade when you create an account.

To reach the "Fabulous" grade, you must spend a minimum of €250.

To reach the "Bombastic" rank, you must spend a minimum of €500.

Once the conditions are met, you will instantly move to the next rank and have access to the benefits of that rank for the next 12 months.

When you are logged into your customer account, your “My Account” section on the loyalty program page (which you are currently viewing) lists all the tiers. Your current tier and its benefits will be highlighted in a box.

When your total spending reaches the threshold for a new rank, you'll receive an email welcoming you to that new rank! 🤗

Once you have reached the "Fabulous" or "Bombastic" rank, you retain it for one year from the date you obtained it!

As a "Bombastic" rank member, delivery will be free in Metropolitan France to a relay point for orders over €20 when you validate your order using your unique promotional code, but don't forget to make sure you're logged into your account! 🤓

You will receive this code by email; it will also be available via your account profile.

This code will be valid until the expiry date of your "Bombastic" rank!

The most common reason for this is a typo in the email address you entered. We recommend trying again, carefully checking the email address. Please contact us via our contact form if you need any further assistance!

First of all, thank you a million times for telling your friends about us! 💗

The referred friends must place an order for both of you to receive referral rewards. Additionally, the referral must be made through the referral section on the loyalty page.

Points will be added to your account as soon as your friend places their first order on our site. You will then receive an email informing you that one of your referrals has made a purchase using your code, and that a reward has been added to your account.
