They not only validate the composition of our fabrics (organic and free of toxic residues), but also the entire production chain. The goal: a product that is as impeccable from an environmental as it is from a social point of view.

The use of a tumble dryer should be avoided on all our products.

We make our lovely products in a family-run factory in Portugal , near Porto (so they don't travel halfway around the world before ending up in your drawer). Above all, we make sure to work with a factory that has strong values: the workers are well paid, have regulated working hours, and access to robust social protection.

Our profit margin is approximately 1.8x – which is significantly less than traditional lingerie, which typically operates at a minimum 5x markup. This margin allows us to pay our teams and, most importantly, to invest in We Are Jolies, making it an even more beautiful brand in every sense of the word.

Our models are real people whom we do not retouch. We do not wish to contribute to solidifying certain unattainable beauty standards that make us feel insecure. Because yes, it's hard to stop comparing ourselves, even when we know it's completely " fake ."

Beauty is not measured in retouched pixels, but in self-confidence, self-love, and self-acceptance.

At We Are Jolies , we believe in the importance of loving ourselves as we are, at every stage of our lives. 🙏

It is made of soft, breathable organic cotton , and so comfortable to wear that you would almost want to sleep in it (almost).

Its flared cut gives it that slightly cool, slightly arty look that goes with everything and flatters everyone.

It's part of our La Sud capsule collection, designed in collaboration with Julie Bourges. You might know her by her former online alias, "12 février," which referred to the date that changed her life. But since that day, she's been moving forward, she's radiating joy, she's inspiring.

Julie hides nothing. Not the scars. Not the doubts. Not the strength one can draw from them. She reaches out to all those who doubt their bodies, their reflection, their legitimacy. At We Are Jolies , we share this same visceral vision: that of a world where you don't need to fit into a box to feel beautiful. Where every body has the right to exist, to express itself, to love itself. Without filters, without comparison, without compromise.

So together, we created a collection in her image: sunny, free-spirited, and deeply alive. We called it “La Sud” (The South). A nod to her beloved Landes region, to those summers that smell of salt, warm sand, and freedom. A t-shirt, trousers, and a swimsuit: three summer essentials, printed with a sun to remind us that there's one in each of us.

It's not just a pair of trousers. It's an invitation to slow down, breathe, reconnect. A statement piece, just the way we like them.
