Ethics
At WE ARE JOLIES, 95% of our collections are made from 100% organic cotton and are labeled OEKO-TEX Standard 100 ( see certificate number on our product sheets ).
For the rest of our collections, we use European fabrics: tulle, lace, and microfiber. They are all certified free of toxic residues and OEKO-TEX Standard 100 (you can find out more in the "Our Certifications" section below).

OEKO-TEX Standard 100 fabrics aren't necessarily organic, but this label guarantees the complete absence of pesticide residues and other toxic substances. Practical, because who would want a harmful substance so close to their most intimate parts? No one. Here again, the entire supply chain is verified to guarantee a product that is impeccable from both an environmental and social perspective.

WE ARE JOLIES underwear is made near Porto (good news: it doesn't travel around the world three times before arriving in your drawer).
We make sure above all to work with a factory that has its convictions: The workers there are well paid, have regulated hours and access to solid social protection.
WE ARE JOLIES carries out concrete actions in support of women and the environment, with the associations Rose Up , Hirondelles de l'Avenir ,info-endometriose and ADSF .

Creating a WE ARE JOLIES account is very simple:
- Click on the “ Account ” area represented by an icon, at the top right of the home page on your computer, or on the drop-down menu on the left on mobile.
- Enter your email address on the login page.
- Fill in the requested information and submit.
To log in to your account, click on the “ Account ” area in the top right corner of the homepage on your computer, or on the drop-down menu on the left on mobile.
Enter your email address and password, then confirm.
To change your password and personal information, go to your “ Account ”.
If you have forgotten your password, click on the “ Account ” area in the top right corner of the homepage on your computer, or on the drop-down menu on the left on mobile.
Then click on "Forgot your password?"
You will then receive an email allowing you to reset it.

My order
Unfortunately, once the order has been validated, it is no longer possible for us to modify it.
Indeed, once your order is validated, it is sent directly to our logistics system to be processed as quickly as possible.
Due to the order flow, we cannot intercept orders placed regardless of the cause.

You can exercise your right of withdrawal up to 14 days after receiving your order.
Codes (credit, loyalty voucher or promotional code) must be entered before payment.
No code can be added or deducted after the order has been validated.
Delivery
Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays) within 48 hours of receiving payment. The delivery times below do not include order preparation time.
In metropolitan France:
Colissimo and Tracked Letter : Delivery within 2 to 4 business days
Colissimo collection point : Delivery within 3 to 5 business days
Chronopost : Express delivery in 1-2 business days

If you have a tracking number, it means your order has been shipped and is in the hands of the carrier.
The tracking link will be sent to you in the shipping confirmation email.
If you wish to track your parcel, click on the tracking link sent in the shipping confirmation email. Tracking is also available from your customer account .
To view your order history, please log in to your “ Account ”. Then go to the “Order History” section.
We deliver to France, including the French overseas departments and territories, as well as to all countries of the European Union, Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland.
Returns and refunds
1. You received your order less than 14 days ago
2. Go to ourreturns portal : enter your 6-digit order number (without the #) and your email address.
3. Once we receive your return, you will receive your refund to the payment method used for the order within 14 days. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund, regardless of whether this is your first order or not.
Example: I bought 5 pairs of underwear at €12 each (total = €60). I return 3: I am refunded based on the offer of 2 pairs of underwear (5 purchased - 3 returned = 2 kept), which is €18 each, €36 in total. Your refund will amount to €24 (€60 - €36 = €24).
This reimbursement calculation applies to bras, bodysuits, menstrual panties, etc.
Note:
- Each returned item must be new, tagged and unworn.
- For pyjamas, the thread connecting the top and bottom should not be cut.
- If you received a discount or a free product and wish to make a return, you must also include the product obtained through the offer.
- If you wish to make a return and you reside outside of Metropolitan France or Belgium, the return shipping is at your expense.
- The products offered cannot be refunded or exchanged for credit. They also cannot be exchanged, except for a different size of the same product, subject to availability.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on products without tags. Please understand that these products cannot be resold, even if you haven't worn them.
If you choose a credit note, returns are free, because you have the right to have made a mistake or to change your mind!
For refunds, return shipping costs are automatically charged and will be deducted from your refund. €4.99 will be deducted from your refund, even if it's your first order.
This amount represents 30% of the total cost to us of a return (postage, receiving, sorting, checking and restocking of products by our logistics teams, management and follow-up by our customer service teams).
If you wish to return an item and you reside outside of Metropolitan France or Belgium, the return shipping costs are your responsibility. Please email hello@wearejolies.com for details.
Exchanges are unfortunately not possible if you reside outside of France or Belgium.

Please provide us with your order number and attach a photo of the item in question.
If you receive a discount or a free product and wish to make a return, you must also include the product obtained through the offer.
Did you purchase a bundle/pack and one of the products is not suitable? You must then return the entire bundle so that we can compensate you.
If you have benefited from a percentage discount code, remember that this is deducted from each item.
If you obtained a discounted price for the purchase of several products but you return only some of the items, the discount is cancelled.
In addition, 4.99 euros are deducted as a return handling fee.

Menstrual Panties
If you are starting the WE ARE JOLIES period panties experience, to avoid any "accidents", we advise you to first use them in addition to another protection or on a day when you are quietly at home in order to quantify their absorbency.
Before first use and during maintenance, carefully follow our washing instructions.
Turn your menstrual underwear inside out and rinse it in clean water.
Wash by hand or machine at 30°C max
Air dry
Avoid fabric softeners, essential oils and oily soaps like "Marseille" - No iron, radiator, or tumble dryer.
Menstrual panties can absorb menstrual flow, vaginal discharge and urinary leaks, the equivalent of 2 to 4 tampons depending on the chosen flow and your cycle.
Average flow rate = 2 to 3 buffers
Heavy flow = 3 to 4 tampons
Nighttime flow = 4 tampons
We are all different, and so is our flow. It can depend on different times in our lives or even the days of our cycle. It's therefore important to get to know your body to determine which absorbency will best suit your needs.
To avoid having to wash your period underwear every day, we recommend starting with four pairs. This will allow you to assess your needs during your cycle and adapt accordingly for the next one.
Then, freedom is yours!
Like any technical product, the care of menstrual panties is essential to ensure their effectiveness and is often the cause of malfunction.
We remind you that it is not recommended to use oily soap (such as Marseille soap), essential oils, fabric softener or a tumble dryer because this damages the absorbent layer and therefore reduces the absorbency of the underwear, which greatly increases the risk of leakage.
Case #1 : If you have not followed the care instructions, your underwear has lost absorbency, so we advise you to use it when your flow is less heavy or in addition to another protection.
Case #2 : If you have followed the care instructions correctly but encounter a problem when using it for the first time, don't panic, it happens because we are all different.
We advise you to try them again at home during your next two cycles to see if they are sufficient as complete protection and to adapt according to these new tests.
