Shipping policy

🇫🇷  Free delivery from 120€ of purchase in Metropolitan France!

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) within 48 hours of receipt of payment for the order. The delivery times below do not take into account the preparation time.

For mainland France:

• Colissimo and Tracked Letter : Delivery within 2 to 4 working days 6,99€
• Colissimo collection point : Delivery within 3 to 5 working days4,99€
• Chronopost : Express delivery in 1-2 working days 14,99€

For Europe :

• Colissimo : delivery within 2-12 working days (depending on destination) from 7,50€
• Chronopost collection point (Germany, Belgium, Spain, Luxemboug, Netherlands): delivery within 3 to 5 working days, between €5.10 and €9.50 depending on the destination.
• Express delivery (Germany, Belgium, Spain, Luxemboug, Netherlands): delivery within 2 to 5 working days, between 19.50€ and 21.00€ depending on the destination.

For the French Overseas Territories:

• Colissimo : Delivery within 4 to 14 working days 19,90 € (free delivery from 200€)

For international and overseas territories : 

• Priority shipping : Delivery within 21 working days 24€
  

The prices of the products are indicated on the site in euros, VAT included, but excluding customs fees and other taxes.
Customs fees and other taxes must be paid by the Customer directly to the carrier depending on the country of destination.

📍 Delivery to relay point:

The merchant keeps your package at your disposal during:

• France : 10 working days at Colissimo collection point
• Europe : 8 working days at Point Relais® and/or lockers

After this period, the package will be returned to us.

Return to sender : 

When a package is returned to the sender, unfortunately there is nothing we can do at this time. 

When we have received your package, it will be directly put back into stock, so you will be refunded as if it were a traditional return.
