Loyalty program
You accumulate points for each purchase on our site when you are connected to your account to place an order. For each euro spent, you earn 1 point.
You can also earn points by completing missions, like following us on Instagram for example!
Find the missions in the section "How to earn points" from your dashboard.
You can then exchange your accumulated points for exclusive vouchers or gifts! 🤩
It’s simple: you just need to create your account for free on this page ! You will automatically receive all our latest news, exclusive new products, and promotions.

Loyalty points
Your points are valid for 12 months on your loyalty history, after this period they expire. Your purchases are taken into account in your loyalty program within 30 days of their purchase date.
Don't worry if you don't see your expense immediately: it will be integrated into your loyalty history within this time frame.

FYI, higher grades in the program earn more points:
When you upgrade to “Fabulous” you earn 1.25 times more points, and when you upgrade to “Bombastic” you earn 1.5 times more points.
No, there is no limit! You will always have the opportunity to earn more points by ordering from us. 🥳
Make sure you are logged in to your customer account and check that you have not accidentally placed an order with another email address.
You must be logged in when ordering to earn points. If you did it inadvertently, contact us via our form so that we can apply your points to your account. You will also not receive points if you return your purchase or if your purchase is canceled for any reason.
Please note that points earned for a purchase that you subsequently return will be deducted from your points balance.
If you feel like you've earned points but they aren't showing in your account, try logging out and back in to start.
Check your reward history within missions/rewards to see if points were added without you realizing it. Your rewards history will tell you how many points you earned, how, and when they were earned.
Loyalty points take 30 days to arrive after your order.
If you still feel like your points balance is inaccurate, you can contact our team at hello@wearejolies.com and we will look into the issue for you.
Absolutely. If you return your entire order, we will refund the full amount spent after applying the discount. The points you used to earn the discount will also be added to your rewards account.
Rewards cannot be combined with other offers available on the site.
Codes (credit, loyalty voucher or promotional code) must be entered before payment.
No code can be added or deducted after validation of the order.
When you unlock a loyalty reward, you have a period of 30 days to use it.
Once this deadline has been exceeded, the reward expires automatically and unfortunately can no longer be used.

To get the 10 points for each social network, simply click on the dedicated buttons on the loyalty program page. Your points will be automatically added to your account even if you are already part of the community! 🥺
VIP Ranks
Your grade is determined by the total amount spent in the last 12 months:
The “Jolie” rank is the standard rank when you create an account.
To reach the “Fabulous” grade, you must spend at least €250.
To reach the “Bombastic” rank, you must spend at least €500.
Once the requirements are met, you will instantly upgrade to the next rank and have access to the benefits of that rank for the next 12 months.
When you are connected to your customer account, your “My Account” area on the loyalty program page (where you are currently located) lists all the grades. Your current rank and its benefits will be highlighted by a box.
When your total spent crosses the threshold of a rank, you will receive an email welcoming you to this new rank! 🤗
Once you reach the "Fabulous" or "Bombastic" rank, you keep it for one year from the date you obtained it!
As a member of the "Bombastic" grade, delivery will be free in Metropolitan France at relay point from €20 when validating your order using your unique promotional code, but don't forget to make sure you are logged in to your account! 🤓
You will receive this code by email; it will also be available through your account profile.
This code will be valid until the expiration date of your “Bombastic” rank!

Referred friends must place an order for you both to receive the referral rewards. Additionally, the referral must be made through the referral section on the loyalty page.
Points will be added to your account as soon as your friend places their first order on our site. You will then receive an email informing you that one of your referrals made a purchase using your code, and that a reward has been added to your account.
